FORT MYERS, Fla. -- A stolen puppy is back where he belongs.
We're learning that the couple who reportedly stole a French bulldog from Petland in Fort Myers earlier this week have actually returned to the puppy.
Sources say the couple seen in these surveillance images later returned and dropped off the puppy off in front of the store before fleeing the scene.
The puppy is now being check out by a veterinarian, but the suspects are still on the loose. If you recognize them, you're asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.
