LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help tracking down a Lehigh Acres man accused of punching a driver in the face while stopped at a traffic sign.

According to Crime Stoppers, the victim was driving on Staley Road Wednesday afternoon, November 18th, when he passed a motorist driving slowly.  The victim safely passed the driver, then stopped at a traffic sign at the intersection of Staley Road and Orange River Boulevard.

That's when he says the driver of the car he passed pulled up behind the victim, got out of his car and started walking to the victim’s drivers side door.

The man, later identified as 35-year-old Michael Roskov, cursed at the victim through a rolled down window and asked him what he was doing.  Roskov then punched the driver in the face with a closed fist, got back into his car and drove away.

Roskov now faces charges of burglary with a battery.

Roskov was last known to be living in Lehigh Acres.  He has one prior arrest in Lee County for battery.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Roskov is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).  All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.  Tips may also be made online at www.swflcrimestoppers.org or by texting a tip to CRIMES (274637) Keyword: REWARD.
