CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- Over 4 pounds of marijuana were found during a search warrant execution at a Cape Coral home last week, resulting in the arrest of three residents in the home.
According to Cape Coral Police, the department's narcotics unit and the U.S. Marshals Task Force served a warrant at a home in the 1800 block of SE 14th Terrace, and found vacuum-sealed bags of marijuana in three rooms, totaling 1909 grams, or 4.2 pounds.
27-year-old Kristopher Despres, 25-year-old Stephanie Pineda, and 28-year-old Rodney Gay were all placed under arrest for possession of marijuana with intent to sell/deliver, and all three were transported to the Lee County Jail.
