Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Arrest

A traffic stop for high beams lead to the arrest of two people in possession of narcotics and a loaded firearm.

Cape Coral officers responded to a "suspicious circumstance" call at the 7-11 on Gleason Parkway and Chiquita Boulevard, Friday night.

A traffic stop lead into a narcotics investigation which in turn resulted in the discovery of a loaded handgun, heroin, Suboxone, and a "heroin kit."

Police arrested 44-year-old Aaron D. Ramey and 43-year-old Kristy L. Bialko.

Both were charged with the possession of heroin, of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon, and drug paraphernalia.

They were later taken to the Lee County Jail.
