FORT MYERS, Fla. -- The 18-year-old man arrested Wednesday for allegedly performing an armed robbery of a Fort Myers business in now facing an additional charge.

18-year-old Melvin Curry was arrested after a several-hour manhunt around Tri-Circle Pavers on Jeffcott Street after he allegedly entered the business with a weapon.  The incident caused the business to be locked down during the search.

Police say Curry is the same man who entered the same business during off hours last week, burglarized the business, and spray painted messages on the walls.

He was initially charged with burglary and larceny.  Thursday, police announced he is also being charged with Aggravated Assault stemming from Wednesday's incident.
