A 15-year-old boy was rushed to Lee Memorial Friday evening after he was hit while riding his bike.
It happened on Immoaklee Road, east of Tamiami Trail. A witness says a truck was pulling out of Wal-Mart and hit the child.
The extent of his injuries are not known, Collier Deputies and the highway patrol were still interviewing witnesses.
