One vehicle was a Mercedes sedan with a solid coat of algae growing on it.

The other was a Ford pickup truck that didn't appear to have been submerged, but did have many parts removed, including the truck bed, doors, and all body parts, and all the dashboard components.  The key was still in the ignition.

It's unclear so far who the cars belonged to.  Fox 4 will continue to follow this story with any further developments.
