SHARK BAY, Australia -- When a body of water is given a name like "Shark Bay" it's usually for a reason. Now some new drone video show exactly why name is appropriate.
In a video posted to the Facebook page of the tour boat Eco Abrolhos last weekend, an aerial drone cam gets a stunning view of the food chain in action.
The video shows dozens of tiger sharks as they circle and devour the carcass of a deceased humpback whale.
Shark Bay is a protected World Heritage Site in Western Australia. It is home to 323 species of fish, including many sharks and rays.
