UPDATE 4/13:
Two people are in custody and a third is wanted after a shooting in the parking lot of a Walmart in Port Charlotte, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies report Anthony Mojica flashed a gun inside the store at someone, and then, outside, fired shots at them, just after 3 p.m. on April 12.
The victim told deputies Mojica had had a previous conflict with them, before threatening them in the store.
After the victim and his girlfriend left the store, Mojica and a 16-year-old jumped out of a car and chased them. The suspects then got back in the car, driven by Mojica's girlfriend, Amy Leiva, CCSO said. From the car, Mojica shot at the victim six times, according to CCSO.
Although the victim was not hit, a bystander was hit by wall debris, though not injured.
Deputies later found the getaway car at Leiva’s home. Although Mojica fled, both Leiva and the 16-year-old were found and arrested.
Leiva is charged as an accessory. The teen faces a misdemeanor assault charge. Mojica remains at large with several felony charges pending, including aggravated assault and discharging a firearm near a person.
