LEE COUNTY, Fla. — Vacation rentals are now allowed again in Lee County.
On Thursday, the state approved the county's minimum standards.
The main requirements include the following:
- Only Florida residents will be able to make a reservation from now until June 18, 2020
- Homeowners should not rent to anyone who has recently traveled internationally or to a state with substantial community spread of Covid-19
- The county is also requiring extensive cleaning and sanitation between each guest
