FORT MYERS, Fla. — As many of us work from home, others are completely out of a job, looking for solutions but nowhere to turn. Tranzact is now recruiting and now is the perfect time to apply.

The office is empty, but seats are ready to be filled at Tranzact. The insurance company is now expanding and hoping to bring 100 new employees on board.

“A lot of us have been hit very hard, even harder than other industries by Coronavirus, because we are a service industry based area. So this is the opportunity for people in that industry, or any other that was hit hard, or someone that just wants to start a new career” said Terry Zornes, Director of Sales with Tranzact.

Zornes says most of the positions involve selling insurance. He says anyone willing to learn can do the job.

“They are willing to get out there, they are willing to learn, and work with us to learn the craft, then we are willing to interview anyone in any field”, said Zorens.

The company will train new employees and the opportunities are endless.

“If you don’t currently have an insurance license, the 40-hour class that the state of Florida requires, we’ve got a virtual model where you can do that completely from home with just your laptop, tablet, or even a phone. For all of our new hires, training we’re doing that virtually today as well” said Lindsey Gardner, Human Resources Director for Tranzact.

The positions offer full benefits, and great wages. Tranzact wants to make sure they are helping to revive southwest Florida

“We realize this is a big change for most people, so we are here to help. We are here to talk, and we are here to do whatever we can to help our community”, said Gardner.
