LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- The Dunbar High School football team will be looking sharp Thursday night, and a local NFL player made it possible.

The Tommy Bohanon Foundation gave the school $5,000 so the team could get some much needed new uniforms.

They picked up their home uniforms Wednesday night, and will get their away jerseys Thursday afternoon, just in time to play the Lehigh Lightning on Thursday night at 7 p.m.

The Tommy Bohanon Foundation was founded in 2017 and has been working to achieve its mission to support young athletes to reach their highest potential on and off the playing field.

Bohanon is currently a fullback for the Green Bay Packers. He is a Southwest Florida native and graduated from North Fort Myers High.
