PUNTA GORDA, Fla. — According to the American Sailing Association, July is Learn to Sail month, and 4 In Your Corner hit the water with Charlotte Harbor Sailing in Punta Gorda to celebrate.
Captain Phil became a Certified Sailing Instructor after moving to Southwest Florida in 2002.
Charlotte Harbor Sailing School is located in Punta Gorda and each instructor is licensed with the United States Coast Guard. They offer a variety of sailing lessons and charters.
