ESTERO, Fla. — If you’re looking for fun Saturday plans, the Florida Everblades ice hockey team has a home game at Hertz Arena.

For Saturday night only, the team is changing their name to the Skunk Apes with all new jerseys to match.

The Everblades are using it raise funds for charity by selling Skunk Apes merchandise.

The proceeds will go towards Africa 6000 International, whose efforts provide clean water to mothers and their children in Africa.

On March 7th, they're set to play the Greenville Swamp Rabbits at 7 p.m.

Friday morning, Fox 4’s Noelani Mathews and Trent Aric are previewing some of the excitement from the arena before they hit the ice.
