COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Just north of Marco Island is a remote beach only accessible by boat. Fox 4's Allyssa Dickert takes us to Keewaydin Island and shows us there's more to offer than putting your toes in the sand.

It's about a half an hour boat ride and Hemingway Water Shuttleoffers a service to the island, with the slogan "Getting there is half the fun."
&lt;/iframe&gt; “We are more than just a water taxi or shuttle, We provide some fun history of the island, Marco, and some wildlife viewing,” said Steve Hemingway, Hemingway Water Shuttle. If you forgot the snacks, no problem. Two food boats, Just Beachy Burgers and In the Pink! Ice cream boat anchor on the island most days during the week so you won&#39;t leave hungry. Keewaydin Island is also the only dog friendly beach in Marco.
