NAPLES, Fla. — Now open in Naples, a new "smart gym," that uses computers and robotics to adjust workouts to help members get the most out of their workouts and avoid injury.
When new members join the gym, the owner says they're given a unique code to plug into different workout machines. The machines will then adjust a workout based on the person's strengths and weaknesses.
Naples resident, Tom Wooden, opened The Exercise Coach at 9331 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 21 in Naples.
