Beauty retailer Sephora recently commissioned a national study to mitigate racially biased and unfair treatment across US retail. The study revealed racial bias is a huge problem affecting many consumers in the US, especially in retail, but Sephora has an action plan and a goal to end unfair treatment and they hope it inspires other retailers to do the same.

One beauty retailer is doing their part to make all shoppers feel welcome and included.
