The Changing Future of Healthcare 10/12/16

 81% of registered nurses and 78% of hospital administration staff identify that the future of healthcare is shifting an increased focus on patient care into their hands
· The roles of registered nurses and administrative staff have expanded to increase involvement in patients’ emotional well-being (45%), patient care planning (51%), and with information systems (47%)
· 90% of registered nurses and 88% of hospital administration staff think their facilities should focus on preparing them with leadership and management skills, but fewer agree their facility currently does a good job
