IMMOKALEE, Fla.-- The Immokalee Boys and Girls Club program director says social media brought people together to help the badly damaged area.
Juanita Martinez says people started emailing her after she posted pictures of the devastation.
She then created the "Immokalee Disaster Relief" group. 70 volunteers loaded trucks on Saturday with thousands of supplies; they plan to do this again in the following weeks.
To donate supplies, drop them off at Estero Urgent Care and Naples Urgent Care.
